I was born in CA, but spent most of my childhood in Michigan; right in the center of the Mitten. I like to think that I have a free-hippy-spirit but maintain good Midwestern values.
As a little girl, I often saw and communicated with spirits, but as I grew older, I wanted to be “normal,” so I got really good at blocking them out. Too good, until I forgot they even existed.
When I was 29, my spirit guides finally had enough and decided to break me out of the life I created for myself. At the time, I was spending all of my waking hours growing the occupational therapy program that I had started 10 years prior. I was content in my fishbowl of a life until it began to crack. So fast, it spidered until the bowl gave way and my life gushed out. It soaked everything and ruined most of what I had built. In a week, I lost my business, business partners, friends, home, and car. All financial resources were exhausted. I felt like a fish without a bowl.
Just as my life was ending, I became aware of my guides. The trauma pushed me to re-awaken my awareness of my intuitive gifts that I had as a young child. My guides were there; ready to help and guide me through the transition. They taught me to shift my perspective so that I regard my “sensitivities” as a gift instead of a disability. I currently utilize these communication abilities to perceive information from Spirit: see(clairvoyant), hear(clairaudient), feel(clairsentient), and know(claircognizant).
I have been asked by my spirit guides to heal others using the gifts they have provided me. In addition to their wisdom, I hold a bachelors of science in clinical psychology and I have completed the American Association of Psychics and Healers, Ascended Masters Ancient Healing Techniques (A.M.A.H.T.) Levels 1-6. I am also a Certified Reiki Master. This specialized training has helped me to heal and manage my gifts, which allows me to heal others and provide them with guidance.
Thank you for taking the time to read about me. I hope to learn about you.
